[Synopsis]
It’s been six months since Shinohara started going to Megumi’s gym, and he’s gradually begun to develop special feelings for her.
One day, after stealing Megumi’s underwear in the locker room, Shinohara is consumed by regret.

[Characters]
Shinohara:
A male member who has been attending Megumi’s gym for six months.
He goes to stay healthy and to change himself—someone who can’t stick with anything. As he gets trained by Megumi,
he’s gradually starting to develop special feelings for her.

Megumi:
A female trainer who runs a private gym for women.
She specializes in kickboxing, and her kickboxing classes have a solid reputation. Recently, she has also been challenging herself in mixed martial arts. With her strong legs and mastery of submission holds, she has never failed to take down an opponent using her signature thigh choke.

Though she’s usually a kind, older-sister type, she shows absolutely no mercy when fighting the opposite sex. Acting as a “gallows,” she secures weakened opponents to weight training equipment and “executes” them with a figure-four choke or a thigh choke. This “execution” is traumatic for many opponents; it’s said that men she’s knocked unconscious have nightmares of being crushed by her gigantic thighs.
